How old do u have to be to help out in a farm?

i was wondering coz im 11 and i love animals i live in uk though so how old>?

Until you become 16 you are limited by law to what employment you can  have and how many hours you can work, and when.  Under 14 you are even more limited, and what you can do depends on what your local council bye-laws say you can do.  Frankly I don't think they would let you work on a farm, because they are considered fairly dangerous places (the moving machinery, not the animals!)

    Under 13 you are not allowed any employment at all.  You can do odd jobs for a friend or neighbour, so I think your only hope for a few years is to try to get friendly with a local farmer and see if he will let you do odd jobs with the animals.
