I personally think the youngest anyone should be when they have s*x is 17, but there are many who aren't ready until years later.  If you are considering having s*x for the first time, I encourage you to check out the link I've provided below.  It's a checklist of things to consider before having s*x.  I would never tell someone that they can't have s*x as people will do what they want to do.  I at least would like people to educate themselves before they take that step that they can't take back.
