How old do you half to get a miltary card?

i want one but i do not know how old you have to be and i am 11 yr old

I'm assuming you are talking about getting a Military ID.  If that's the case then you are permitted to get one when you turn 10, bu that is only with a parents permission.  There really is no use for having one at your age.
