  1. got to be one eight, but dont do it, credit is like selling your soul to the devil, you'll never get out of debt, they'll own you, they'll make you cry for your mom, they'll ruin you, you just better stay away.

  2. You have to be 18 to get a credit card on your own. But at 15, one of your parents can add you to their credit card and give you one, sit down and talk to them about it.

If you just need a debit card with a Visa (which is smart, because  you can make your purchases online and "anywhere Visa is  accepted" lol, which is ALOT of places) go to Bank of America. You can open a checking with them... or go to any chain bank in your area period, whether you have 5/3's Bank, Chase, Bank of America, etc, etc, a Visa logo on your debit with these companies are standard I believe...its what I had before I turned 18. My little brother has one now and he's your age of 15 (from Chase bank), and my other brother had one  at 17 from Comerica bank (though I advise you to stay away from Comerica because they don't have great customer appreciation, they will make you pay overdraft fees even if its not your fault...they done it to me).

As for when you are an adult, steer clear of credit cards as long as possible. BUT if you're just anxious to get your credit built, get one card at a time and when you make purchases ONLY purchase an item that you have enough cash in your pocket or bank account to pay off immediately. That way you'll be building credit by using credit and able to stay in good credit shape. You'll just be making purchases that you'd make with your pocket/account cash with a credit card instead. (Remember, if you don't have the money to pay it off immediately don't put it on your credit card). Slowly add additional cards only as you have a tight grip on financial managment. You'll do well.

    Good luck! ^_^

  3. A FEW DAYS AGO I GOT THE CHASE HIGH SCHOOL CHECKING ACCOUNT FOR THOSE 13-17. IT IS LINKED TO A PARENTS ACCOUNT. MY PACKAGE COMES WITH A VISA CHECK CARD. THERE ARE NO SERVICE FEES. ALL THE RULES APPLY WITH THIS ACCOUNT EXCEPT IF YOU OVERDRAFT IT IS TAKEN FROM YOUR PARENTS. SO BE CAREFUL. IT CONVERTS TO A FREE CHECKING ACCOUNT WHEN YOU TURN 19.
