  1. Age 12, but you must have obtained your boater certification and be supervised by someone 21+ who also has boater certification.

    At age 14 you can operate a jet ski or boat without supervision as long as you have your boater certification.

    If you are just visiting you do not have to have a boater certification but must meet the other rules.
