How old do you have to be to SERVE alcohol in Pennsylvania?

I'm 20 years old and trying to get a job in a steakhouse as a server. On the application it asks if I'm of legal age to serve alcoholic beverages and i don't know how to answer it.

I would say call the restraunt and ask them first, but i would say either 18 or 21 yrs old

I am not sure about Pennsylvania but I do know that in California you have to be 18.
