How old do you have to be to bartend in Massachusetts?

Im 16 and I bartend for my dad and friends at my house but how old must I be to bartend in a restaurant or club. I can also do a little bit of flair so do you know any schools to teach me new tricks.

I believe you need to be 21 because you're dealing with alcohol.

I don't know about MA but in RI 18 is the legal age to serve alcohol.
