How old do you have to be to be a like a bagger for target or casheir for Kohl's??

TO BE A CASHIER- Usually to be a cashier, you have to have at least 2 years experience, and superb experience at that. They want to have cashiers they can trust, considering your handling all the money that goes in and out of the store. First start out as a person that folds clothes, and then work your way up. You only have to be 16, I would assume, to be a clothing maintainer.

TO BE A BAGGER- The cashier bags at Target, but at grocery stores they usually hire young. Here are a list of ages to be a bagger.

Biggs- 15

Meijer- 16

Kroeger- 14 (Only like 10 per store, legal limits.)

Most Kohl's require employees to be 17 years old to apply.  Check with your local Kohl's.

Cashiers or POS associates dont require experience but good math skills and general knowledge of how to work it is a plus.

I WORK AT MEIJERS AND APPLIED AT TARGET YOU CANT BE A CASHIER AT ALL UNLESS YOU ARE 18 BUT A BAGGER YOU CAN BE 14 15 16 OR 17 I AM A BAGGER AND IM 16. AND MY FRIEND ARE ALSO AND THIER 14 AND 15 WE ALL START OFF PAID THE SAME. YOU CAN BE PROMOTED FROM BEING A BAGGER BEFORE YOUR 18 TO BE IN STOCK OR MAITINANCE BUT YOU WILL START OUT IN COURTASY TEAM.
