  1. Most of these people are right.  Most states don't have any laws on it, but since it is typically sold in tobacco or head shops, you have to be eighteen to get in anyway.

I live in Alabama where you need to be 19, not 18, just to buy tobacco, although some of the shops around where i live hardly card if you know what you are doing when you go in.

  2. I live in CT and actually have sold Salvia. There is no restrictive legislation currently. There has been talk of regulating it in CT but thus far nothing has passed.

I will not sell to anyone under the age of 18. Many shops/sellers impose their own restrictions.

  3. I don't think there's an age limit at all.

  4. As Salvia Divinorum is not sold for human consumption, but rather as incense instead, there is no government imposed age restriction.

However, because most retailers of Salvia Divinorum, such as http://www.Coffeesh0p.com do not want to see the herb banned because of irresponsible users, they usually enforce their own age limit at their discretion, which is usually 18.

If it's been changed to 19 near you, that might only be the one shop, or a handful of shops. Chances are you can still get it from somewhere else and only have to be 18.
