How old do you have to be to buy a lighter in Germany?

and if i buy one in Amsterdam will i be able to take it on my carry on to Berlin??

no age limit to buy a ligher. u can carry the same in your suitcase ( checked baggage ) if you are flying from ams to berlin. dont carry it in your hand baggage,.

If you don't have your luggage with you, you can't travel with it - they will not let you get it on the plane.
