In Florida 18 to purchase 16 to operate however with adult supervision it doesn't matter. CALL walmart and ask.

You got to be 18 to buy one at a store and maybe u could get one if your were younger if u got one at a garage sale or something

its 18 to buy one and 16 to operate one without adult supervision and beneath that you have to have adult supervision but when i was a kid me and my friends went to the hardware store and a very nice old war veteran sold us pellet guns and pellets,blowguns and darts and slingshots and ammo,glass marbles, and ball bearings all back 3 years ago and i'm still not allowed to buy one anywhere else since i'm only 17 lol

If its from a store you have to be 18, but if you get it at say.....a rummage sale..,,,it doesnt matter.

Depends on your local laws and the store. Even if it was legal not many places would sell them to kids.
