  1. 18 to buy long gun ammo from a licensed dealer

No reason your dad can't buy it for you

No you do not need a license on the federal level

Your state laws may vary, but I don't know any that require a shotgun license

  2. 18 for rifle and shotgun ammo, 21 for handgun ammo. Although with .22LR the cashier might ask you what kind of gun your using it for as they make rifles and pistols in .22LR

Depending on the state you may or may not need a liscence. In illionios, pukeachussettes and the socialist republic of kalifornistan you do where I live in AZ, we don't need jack but a state ID or drivers liscence for proof of age.

  3. Well, 18 for shotgun and rifle ammo, 21 for handgun ammo. The gray area exists where some rounds are used for both rifles and handguns...

Most states have these laws, though I can't say for sure all of them do. EVERY single time I've bought 12 ga and 22 WMR ammo I've been carded. Just like tobacco laws, ammunition laws tend to be fairly strictly enforced.

  4. eighteen for shotgun ammo

  5. no gun license, but i think the legal age is like 15/16 and if im wrong i would just have ur dad get it, if he got u the gun then he shouldnthave a problem buying u ammo. but honestly there are better things u could be doing then killing off innocent animals:(

  6. you have to be 18 to buy it so just let your dad get it for you.
