How old do you have to be to compete in the baja 500?

one of my dreams in the near future is to race in the baja 500 with some of my buddies. so how old do you have to be?

the baja 500 is a SCORE international sanctioned event. you should go online to their website, find the FAQ section, order the rule book, and plan the mission...if you have never been to the race, or any desert race, you need to go observe first, a good way to 'recon' is to hook up with some people who have been....my rec. is to check some of the links, go to the websites of some of the "Pit Clubs", they are always looking for new meat, uh volunteers.  If you live near s cali or nevada, they have the best desert events in the world, google SNORE, or Best in the Desert, or MORE, they are all desert race sanctioning bodies, The next biggie is the vegas to reno-good luck.
