How old do you have to be to cross the canada to usa border?

i am 15 years old, i am suppose to go to nyc , iam am goin with my sister which is 22 and two other friends 23 and 22.

You may certainly go with them.  iI you are traveling by land you all need your birth certificates and those over 18 need a photo i.d. To fly, you all need passports.  Your sister will need to carry a letter of permission signed by both your parents and notarized.  See site below.

You can come right on over. Just have your parents write a note giving permission for you to come over if you are comming alone or with someone else.

it's no problem. they may ask if you're parents know if you are leving the country, however. also, you probably need a passport. i'm an american so i don't know how exactly all this works on your end. i guess it's the same.
