No one checks you to go into TJ and I´ve seen 10 years walking across.  Now to come back, I think as long as you have your documents in order and look old enough to be out on your own its not a big deal.  I know my 14 year old niece does it all the time with her friends and she has never been questioned.

    Why in el mundo woulld a child want to cross the border any way?
