If your looking for a cheap ticket, then go to www.sidestep.com, they search all of the travel sites and tell you which is the least expensive, giving you the best deal overall. Another piece of advice, book your flight midweek, those flights are easily the cheapest.

I lived in Italy for the longest time and never got carded.

You can go to clubs at 14..but as long you are with your parents or older people they will allow drinking.
