  1. depends, if your doing it on vacation outside the US they probably wont care as long as you look older than 12, but in the US i think its 16. If youre talking about driving one around for fun by your house you just need a boating license and the age for that depends on the state.

  2. Nobody with any self respect would be caught on a Seadoo at any age, unless they want to be mistaken for a fat tourist.  Ride a Kawasaki instead.

  3. it doesnt matter how old you just need a jetski license

  4. There's a lot of misinformation here.  Sadly, so far only seashell sue comes the closes to what is right.  The only thing you "have" to have is a PFD when it comes to riding a watercraft, everything else is based on state laws, and some states don't require licenses of any kind.  The youngest anyone can legally drive a watercraft is 12 as long as they have supervision, and that is only in certain states. Most states set their age limit at 16.

However, if you're asking this with the idea of going down to rent one, you're going to need a drivers license, and be at least 18 year old, some rental places set their minimum age at 21.  Call your local state boating office for what laws apply to you, or contact your local power squadron or Coast Guard office.

  5. It varies by state, some 14, some 16. In any case you need a boating safety course with a PWC addition to drive a jetsi legally.

  6. it doesnt really matter. no one ever checks it. i have been riding one since i was ten. and that was a long time ago. it really doesnt matter. you just really have to understand all of the saftey stuff becasue it can get really violent and really dangerous. should probably just get a license if you dont have a person you know who can REALLY teach you the basics and stuff. gfood luck

  7. 14

  8. 16?

  9. you just need a boaters lisence. where i live you can get it when your 13

  10. It depends on which state you live in.  Here in California, you can operate a pwc with no restrictions if you are 16 years old.  However, you can be as young as 12 year  old and can legally operate a pwc if you have someone at least 18 years old on board supervising you.  California doesn't require a boating license.
