How old do you have to be to drive a younger sibling around? can u do it with a permit?

many of these type questions are state specific. in nevada, where im from, you can drive anyone that is an immediate family member around with a permit. but like i said it may be different in your state.

with a permit you cant drive without an adult in the car... you can have other people in the car as well i believe as long as tehre is an adult in the front seat.... but you cant drive her around by yourself and if you have a lincence you cant drive her around by yourself for like 6 months i think..thats how it is where i live..
