  1. You can enroll in a driver's education program after you've received your learner's permit. You have to be 15 and 9 months to take the written test to receive a learner's permit. You have to be 16 to take the driving test to get your driver's license. Good luck.

You can't do the public version until you're 15yrs 6mnth, but there's a school called Skip Barber's Driving school, that's accreditted, and actually does it better, as they teach you to drive in bad weather and in other dangerous situations. I'm pretty sure you can actually do that at any age.
