How old do you have to be to get Motorcycle Permit and License?

Question

I am 14 and I plan on driving a Motorcycle when I am older

I want to get a Suzuki Hayabusa

( I am not going to pull stupid stunts either )

I just want to know how old I need to be to get Permit and License

you have to have a car license, so 16.

Pretty sure it depends on the state.

But here (AL) you can be 14, and have your license.

i believe 17 1/2 or 18, it may depend on where you live tho, also you must have an auto license.

i think 18 years old above will authorize to get license.you told that your age is not enough to get a permision .But if you want you can get a student license , you have a permision to learn how to drive

well, if you get your parents permission, i think as early as 16, but without 18, same with car, i wanna get my liscence and just turned 18 and wasnt able to before because needed parent there to sign something...

you need ur auto licence first. here in alberta canada you need to be 16 to get ur gdl (graduated drivers licence) then u can get ur motorcycle licence. hayabusa is powerful though, i suggest u start with a smaller bike then move up to that. they are also expensive and insurance is gonna kill u.
