No I am sure what you call a hardship is not what the DMV does and at 14 not going to happen

You need some REALLY good reasons to obtain a Hardship License. They also carry heavy restrictions such as only allowing you to drive to certain places for certain reasons. Age depends on your State. At 14, I doubt it.
