18, and it's not for p**n, it's for trading policies. You have to be 18 or over to accept or process items that customers bring in for store credit and also due to the fact that you're given great deal of responsibility and need to act like it and handle difficult situations that happen pretty often. I know not all 16 y/o are immature and stupid but there's such an abundance it's ridiculous.
