How old do you have to be to get a job in Austin, TX?!?

I am 14, but I really want to make money and I don't know how. So, how old do you have to be to get a job in Austin, TX, specifically Dripping Springs.

Most places you need to be 16, but some are even 18. Not many places are 15 or younger sadly, but you can do things like baby sit, or mow lawns, etc. (as lame as that is :p)
