old enough to go to the post office or bank or corner shop that sells them,what do you mean how do you send it from the post office?!,buy a stamp,address an envalope,place the MO in the envalope,place stamp on upper right hand corner on the front and place it in the male drop or hand it to a employee at the counter

You can be any age as long as you have the cash in hand. Go to the post office, ask for a money order, give them your money. Fill out anything on the money order that isn't already filled out, place money order in an envelope with a stamp (or buy a stamp from the post office) and ask them to mail it.

Very easy to do.
