  1. Well, it's up to the state and the company, if they'll even offer one.  But once you turn 70, it's a senior SURCHARGE.  Because the over 70 crowd has the most accidents per mile driven.

    As the new Social Security retirement age has been increased to 67, we will likely begin to see some businesses begin to adopt that age, 67, as the threshold.

    When it comes to Insurance However, Just the opposite is true. Premiums begin to increase when we reach senior status.

    Is it just me,, Or does it seem that the Feds are doing their best to make sure the retirement age is just out of reach for many?

  14. Some companies may lower rates every year, or every 5 years, ect.  Maybe at 50 you'll get a discount, but it might not be as much as when you turn 30, ect.  Just depends how the company is ran.
