I don't want to gamble, that's not the problem at all. I'm 18, and my father is in a pocker game thing, and I don't know how old you have to be just to be on the floor (remember - not gambling, or drinking or anything) just watching and stuff. Is it 18 or 21? I don't want to get in trouble if it's 21. Can anyone help? Thanks, so much in advance! 10 points if you can help. And if you can, show me a source JUST so I can be 100% confident, thanks! =)

  1. You are supposed to be 21, you won't get in a lot of trouble, they just might ask you to leave the floor.

However, even if you have no problems wandering the floor amongst the slot machines, some places don't want people hovering around the poker tables too much, so that's a different issue.

Depending on which casino, you might just have to play in the arcade or the shops and stuff.

  2. You must be 21 yrs old to be on the casino floor. You can walk around the outer perimeters and hang around the stores and such, but you'll be carded if try to go on the casino floor. Also, security guards are usually posted right outside the casino floor, so you'll be stopped immediately if they suspect.

  3. 21 they will ask you for id if they suspect you are younger but if you are trying to get to your dad it may be okay some security is pretty cool about walking thru Your dad should have a casino rep that you could ask

  4. 21
