How old do you have to be to go on a volunteer trip with feed the children?

i am thinking of maybe volunteering with feed the children, but i need to know how old you have to be.

How old are your children?  Age should hinder you from including your children in volunteer efforts.  There are always ways to include them, i.e. feed the homeless.  Have your kids make peanut butter and jelly sandwiches and take them to an organization that feeds the homeless on a regular basis or bring granola bars and juice to an after-school program in the inner city.  

You can take your whole family to Mexico to hand out Operation Christmas Child shoe boxes to the Mayan children--there is no age limit.  www.mayanministry.org.
