  1. there is no age limit, it just depends on the situation whether a specialist is needed, at 18 you can go if you are having a problem that needs a specialist

  2. In most places, particularly the US, you are old enough at 18, that's considered an adult.     However, visits to the doctors are quite expensive, and it's doubtful that you could pay, nor would you be covered by insurance without your parents' participation (if they have coverage for you).       This is an anonymous forum, why don't you state the problem here on Y/A in another question, and get some free advice.

Here you can get some good advice, if you seperate the silly children playing games from the mature and realistic answers.

    It can't hurt to ask.

    Good luck to you.

  3. Urologists see both adults and children, some specializing in children. Seeing that you are 18, you would be considered an adult. So there should be no problem as to a urologist being willing to see you--except it depends on if your parents have insurance and how their particular insurance works. I should think if you have your own card it shouldn't be a problem--if you have money for a co-pay. If your parents don't have insurance, then you will need $$. If you are outside the US, then it depends on how your country's medical system works.

Talk with your parents or call your parent's insurance for a list of urologists in their system. All the best. Hope you get good treatment soon.
