How old do you have to be to have a Myspace?

My friend says 18, I say 14, yet she has a Facebook, so I'm very confused. And you can set your myspace so that it won't show when you're online, to where your profile is private, and where only your friends can comment and message you.

So basically, what is the legal age to have a Myspace?

u r supose to be 13 but most people are younger.....

in 2003, it was 18

then in 2005, they changed it to 16

then in 2007, they realized they could make a TON of more money if they changed the age requirement to 14...

and yup - they are making a TON more money now

but they will delete ANY profile of an under 14 year old once it's reported... so use that to your advantage

Well you can always lie about your age, but I think you're supposed to be 13 or 14.
