How old do you have to be to own a car ?

I'm 15 and I'm almost sixteen and I've saved up enough money for the car that I want an Aztek and I found a good deal but it will be 6 months before I'm 16. So can a 15 year old have a car in there name ?

There is no age limit for owning a car just for driving one.

yes you can go buy the car and register it under your name even though you dont own a drivers license. you can title a car to anyone of any age. you actually dont have to be old enough to drive a car to own one! cool huh?

I bought my first car when i was 12 and had the title put into my name and everything even though i obviously didn't have a drivers license. it was a 82 silverado p/u i got for 300 bucks running. loved it. drove it anyway tho!
