I guess you could be 4 years old and own one, but that would be really bad parenting.

Around you have to be 18 to purchase one, but you can own one at any age, as long as someone else gets it for you.

No age limit to use, in most states you have to be 18 to buy.

In a lot of states, you need to be 14 to own any sort of rifle (including PB guns), and to shoot it w/o an adult around.

There's no age limit, since it's not techinically a firearm. However, that doesn't mean one should abuse the previledges. My friend's little brother has one and he's only 7. NOT RECOMMENDED! :D
