Might be an idea to read their TOS when signing up.  However unless you are posting in the Erotic or Adult section, I don't think it is really of much worry.  Just don't go and do anything that would draw unwanted attention (like the above two sections).

I'm 15, I have been using it since I was 12...They dont care but lets say some one wants to buy your item go with some one you trust to make the exchange

I am not sure I would have to read the fine print, but im assuming it would be 18 because that is around normal. This is unless you have your parents concent and they will be able to help you out.

They dont actually ask you how old you are or anything.

Maybe you should ask your mom or dad to help you though.
