  1. 12

  2. In the United States, there is actually a law about this. A child must be at least thirteen years old and weigh 85 pounds to sit in the front passenger seat of a car.

This is for every single state.

  3. If you know how to use seat belt.

  4. In California it's 10 years old and mininum of 70lbs. That means if you are 12 years old by only 60lbs you still can't still in the front seat you need to meet both conditions not just one condition.

  5. The concern is that a child cannot sustain the injuries to their internal organs (liver, kidneys, spleen, etc), which can be irreversibly injured in a head on or front impact crash. based on the current technologies, e.g. air bags and seat belts the child should weigh at least 110 to 115 lbs and be at least 5'0" tall in order to survive the impact of a crash.

Recommended age is 12 or older. This is the sugested age to ride in the front seat. It also depends were you live.

  6. None, but if you're under 135cm then use a booster seat.

  7. I think when all the new height restrictions came into place it was lowered from 14 to 12 but it all depends on height, a small 12 year old wouldnt get away with it!

However a baby in a car seat may ride in the front deat provided it is restrained in a correctly fitted seat

  8. bout 11 and at least 60 pounds

  9. i think it's 10.

  10. there isnt really an age, but i would suggest being over 4'10" tall.

  12. in the uk, there is no legal limit, but it not recommended for a car with airbags.

all kids must be in a seat designed for their age, weight and ability to sit still!

my son had to go in the front from birth, as his seat didn't fit in the back of my car.

  13. there is no specific age.  the seatbelt just has to secure the child.

  14. Any Age...

  15. 12 years of age...

  16. There is actually no age requirement, but it is STRONGLY recommended that the child is at least 12 years of age and can see over the dashboard of the driver side.

  17. i think any age but needs to be big enough to see out front wind screen...

  18. in Australia, it's 12 years old
