How old do you have to be to sell Mary Kay Cosmetics and candle light.?

I am 15 and very responsible! I can not get other jobs except babysitting. I love makeup, am very friendly, and love organizing parties.

Please also tell me how the programs work and what you have to do.

You do have to be 18 however I would talk to a Mary Kay consultant in your area  some of us hire teens to make calls and do odd jobs then you can see if it is really something you want to do when you turn 18 while making some cash or product now depending on how they pay.

18, but i know how it works. it is like u get a base money amount, and more depending on ur sales.
