How old do you have to be to stay in Rocky Point?

I was thinking of going to Rocky Point with a few friends (we are all 18) for like a few days in June. We really wanted to stay at one of the resorts but they say you have to be 21 to check in? Is this correct. I see a bunch of 18-19 year olds going on Spring Break and Summer there so what's the deal? I really want to stay in Sonoran Sun or the Princessa. I usually go there with my family. Any places there that'll let you stay at 18 years old.
