i advise that you don't take it because  multivitamin supplements are filled

fillers and some people have gotten sick from taking them. Also there is the possibility of taking more of a vitamin than you should ..This causes toxcisity and can make you quite sick ..

One-A-Day Men's has specific vitamins geared toward male medical problems and prevention.  I would suggest a regular multivitamin until about 25.  At that point, take the Men's vitamins.  When you get to about 55-60, switch to Centrum Silver.

Old enough to swallow a pill. Over 3.  Just vitamins, nothing "special' or restricted about them.
