  2. You have to be of legal age to drink before you can serve liquor.   Ownership and parental supervision don't have anything to do with it.

  3. You have to be 21

    The national legal drinking age is twenty one and because of that law it is illegal for anyone under that age to purchase or sell alcoholic beverages.

    It doesn't matter if your parents are there, or even if they own the bar.

    If you are caught under age, drinking or selling in their bar, they could loose their liquor license.
