  1. For most local theaters there's no legal age restrictions.

It should say on the audition notice what ages they have in mind.

For a musical it might look something like:

one girl to perform the part of Ellie, age 10-14

one boy to perform the part of John, age 6-8

Five women to play various teachers between the ages of 20 and 55

  2. i dont believe there is a certain age limit. I guess as long as you can perform then it doesn't matter

  3. Look for a children's theatre in your area. You are old enough right now to join a theatre group.

  4. Any age!! There's no age limit to theater!! You could be like, a month old to 100.

  5. My son was in his first play when I was pregnant. Well, then his second play was when he was 10 months old. Find a theater and see what shows they are doing and go and audition.

  6. Usually theres no age limit I think thats about a good age. You just have to look for parts that require someone of your age.

  7. there is know age limit theater is a place to be free know matter how old are young you are and since you seem to be a theater girl always remember acting is art not an image
