How old do you have to be to volunteer at a Children's Hospital?

I want to volunteer at the Valley Children's Hospital in Fresno, CA this summer, but I don't know how old you have to be. On their site, they talked about oppurtunities for fifteen-year-olds, but do you have to be at least fifteen to volunteer?

I read on their site that volunteers must be 18.

But here's another position at a different location of reading to children in a hospital waiting room (Sequoia Community Health Centers) and the minimum age is 15:
