Yes, call and ask or maybe their website tells you.  Also, unless the laws have changed since I used to waitress as a teenager, you can serve alcohol under the age of 18 but it has to be given to you by someone at least 21.  As in, you can't get the beer out of the cooler or pour the drinks but you can serve them.

If they serve alcohol, it's usually 18 before you can work there. But, I don't know about the pay since I never worked at Chipotle.

Why don't you call your local Chipotle and ask? Or better yet, just march right in there and make a good impression! Don't forget to bring your resume and at least two references :)
