How old do you have to be to work at Buffalo Wild Wings?

I'm 16, but have heard that you have to be 18 or 21 to work at a place where they sell beer, is this true?

I haven't got around to asking the actual company yet, and wanted to see what you guys know.

And if you can work, what can you do?
