Ive seen and know people who work there that are NOT blonde, and iv'e seen people of diffrent races working in the stores metioned above at the front deask and walking around the store helping other people, no one is perfect and Guest 8537 is just being rude. I think you have to be 16 or 17 to work at HCO, and 18 at A&F. I'm not sure about the pericings im sure you can have you ears periced and maybe your nose idk..
