How old do you have to be to work at Mcdonalds in Canada?

I am a responsible canadian girl and I want to work this summer.... by then I'll be 15 and 1/3ish. The closest workplace is a Mcdonalds, but I think I might be too young to work there. I've heard that you have to be 14 or 15 or 16 to work there... what is the actual age minimum??

15 in Manitoba, but you do need permission from your school so that this will interfer with your school work and parents need to sign a letter to the prospective employer.
