and is it really hard to get a job there?

Legal working age is 15. However, most places other than fast food or sometimes hotels will not consider hiring a 15 year old. Most 15yr olds simply aren't prepared for the demands of the job. It just takes too long to coach someone that young until they're ready to meet all the demands of the job. When i was doing hiring interviews for a retail chain store, i wouldn't even consider hiring someone before grade 12.

From there, it depends on your skills, experience, and general attitude. If you've got a really willing attitude, but not much related experience, having someone who can vouch for your willingness and ability to learn with other tasks can help your case.
