How old do you have to be to work at a pet store?

1. whats the yougest at someone could work at a pet store?

2. how many hours could a teen get who's still in school?

Pet stores vary city to city, so unless you were considering working at a franchised pet store (i.e, Pet Smart http://www.resumeware.net/petsmart_rw/pe... it might be hard to get the website.

Generally, if you wanted to work cash, the age is 16. But if you were interested in doing grooming, or care with the dogs, you might have to be 18 and have more experience in that field.

Hours are strictly based on when you are available to work. They'll generally pretty accepting of your schedule and will work with and around it.
