It also depends on your local area. One person asked a similar question for their area (http://ca.answers.yahoo.com/question/ind... and they said the minimum age was 15.

It all depends on your state laws and regulations, but where I live (virginia), you can start working at chick-fil-a as young as 14 years old.

To do this, you may have to get a workers permit. You can normally get one at your school. When you apply, they will tell you all this information.

Oh yeah, if you are under 16 you may not be allowed to work in kitchen because of the laws in your area, however you can still work up front.
