I was 16 when I started working retail part time. I think this is the youngest, most mainstream companies will not accept you any younger than that.  Try maybe a grocery store or Wal-mart if you are 15 for greeting, bagging and gathering carts.  I think some of these places will hire you at that age with special parental consent, or school work-study programs.  Also you can try a very small Mom and Pop retail or grocery store and they may hire you at 14 or 15 to do light duty type work.  ~J~
