How old do you have to be to work in OldNavy in nyc ?

...probably 18. I've worked at H&M and The Gap and both companies require that you be 18 to be hired. Plus, since Old Navy is owned by The Gap, their policies are probably very similar. I would suggest applying at H&M though, because they really do hire at much higher pay rates than most other retail stores. Good luck!
