  1. 16

  2. 18

  3. i think its 18 as you would need to have a criminal records check (crb). im not sure if they would do that under 18

  4. im nt 2 sure bt i no an 18 yr old that works in a care home, u can always go 2 work in a shop or something if u really want a job or u could just wait till ur 18 n concentrat on ur studies like i am

  5. 16 start as a trainee usually..wrong! but true!

  6. depends, most ask for for someone over 18 but if you get an apprenticeship or something you need to be 16

  7. I think you'd be allowed to work there.

  8. if you are willing to work there then age is of no concern

  9. My friend works in one and i asked about a job and you have to be 18 and to do certain things you need a qualification in health and socialcare, but thats only if you really want to go far in that chosen path. However, one of my other friends works in a home for the mentally cahallenged and you only have t be 15-16, which doesn't reallymake sense to me. You're better of going to see a connexions advisor at a job centre or local connexions centre, there the people whodo things like your carreers interviews at shcool and stuff so they should know. Or drop into a home and ask them how old you would have to be to work there, even if they have no jobs going.

  10. i think its 15.  but it depends what job you want to do. i wanted towork in one too my my parents were like. you may walk in and see something horrible. i was like. hmm. :S

  11. I think they will let you work under the counter at 15.

  12. I started at 15 but that was 12 years ago now you need a disclosure so i dont know now, why dont you check it out with your local council or social services. Just remember its a very depressing industry to get into and not in anyway as easy a career as I thought it would be, its hard work and both mentally and phsically exhausting and very poorly paid. Good Luck x

  13. it think it's eighteen as their is shift work involved
