How old do you have to be to work in michigan?

Im 15 and am planning on getting a job next summer (so I'll be 16) How old do I have to be to work in stores like american eagle, aeropostale, claires, and hollister?

About 50 or so, under that and noone knows how to work.

You can get a work permit in Michigan at the age of 14 for retail jobs. If you want to work in a kitchen or near fryers, etc. it is 16 I believe. If you want to work as a bartender or serving alcohol it is 18.
